    • Not sure how to measure bra size accurately? Put on your comfiest, unpadded bra and grab your measuring tape! We'll help you find your correct cup and band size. Our bra size calculator will do the rest to determine your best bra size and get you well on your way to your most comfortable plus-size bra yet.

    • Yes, all bands lose some elasticity and stretch over time. When you first get a bra, make sure it fits comfortably on the loosest hook so you can tighten as you wash and wear it. If your bra has stretched to the point it no longer fits snug below your bust — even on the tightest hook — it's time for a new one!

    • Every Glamorise bra is designed right here in our New York City sewing studio where our industry-veteran team of designers and fit models have been making the most supportive plus-size bras since 1921. We source our own materials, partner closely with our vetted manufacturers and are involved in every step of the production process. We rigorously test quality control both before a new bra leaves our studio and once the final product has arrived at our distribution center to make sure the one you receive is every bit as perfect as the first one we designed.

    • We do our best to update our inventory daily and stay ahead of top sellers, but every so often a bra is loved so much it flies off our shelves faster than we can keep up. If the bra you want is out of stock, we’d be happy to notify you by email the minute it’s back.

    • Typically, a well-cared for bra will last six months, but how often you need to replace your bra depends on you. How frequently you wear it (everyday or girls night only?); how often you wash it (every 3 days or 3 months?); and how you wash it (by hand or machine?). One telltale sign that your bra has reached the end of its support life is a band so loose no hook setting can make it tight again.

    • Wash your bra every 2-3 wears, more if it’s a sports bra. Even if you didn't sweat a drop, the oils from your body will start transferring to the bra fabric on first contact. It might not look or feel dirty to you, but the longer those skin oils are left unwashed the more room you’re giving skin-irritating bacteria to flourish.

    • Your level of bounce control depends on your workout intensity and how much compression makes you feel the most secure through it. Here's our quick guide to help you decide what level makes the most sense for you.

    • We ship everywhere in the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, APO/FPO, and US territories. We offer international shipping to Canada and the United Kingdom.

    • Check your inbox! Once your order has shipped and is on its way to you, we'll send a confirmation email with the tracking number so you can follow its progress. Didn't receive confirmation? One of our Customer Specialists can help with that.

    • We like to make things easy. That's why we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, as well as PayPal and Amazon Pay. Having trouble making a payment? Chat with one of our Customer Specialists.

    • Once an order has been placed the gears are in motion to process payment and ship out, and it cannot be canceled or changed. However, our returns and exchange policy makes it free and hassle-free to send an order back.

    • If it's not love at first wear, send it back for a free exchange by following these instructions. At this time, international orders cannot be exchanged. Not sure which size to switch to? Chat with one of our Customer Specialists or try our bra size calculator.

    • Just like size exchanges, returns made within 40 days are free. We do not accept returns of final sale items. You can find our full return policy and instructions here.

    • If there is anything amiss about your order, we want to know about it right away so we can make it right. We will happily refund or replace anything that is missing, damaged or incorrect. Chat with a Customer Specialist to get started.

    • Oh no! Let's see if we can fix that. Make sure you're entering the code correctly with no extra or missing spaces (they're easy to miss) and check the expiration date (an expired code won't work). Our discount codes are applicable to full-priced items only. If the item you are trying to purchase is already on sale, the discount code will not be combinable with the sale price. Remember, you can only use one code at a time and each code can only be used once. If your code isn't expired and still isn't working, or you need a new code to be issued, a Customer Specialist will be happy to help.

    • You'll find the widest size and style selection of our bras and sports bras on our website. If a new bra doesn't feel just right, you can return or exchange it for free as long it meets our policy guidelines.     International orders to Canada typically arrive within 5 to 15 days from the time the order is placed, which includes up to 2 business days for processing time. Please note that this timeframe may vary depending on customs clearance and any unforeseen delays.

    We have recently started shipping to the United Kingdom. Delivery times currently vary and we appreciate your patience as we work to get a clear shipping window established.

    We offer free standard shipping and free returns for all international orders.

    If it's not love at first wear, we'd be happy to accept a return or help with an exchange to get you the right size, style or a refund. Returns and exchanges are free as long as they follow our policy below.

    1. Go to https://returns.glamorise.com or click on the green button below.

    2. Select the items you wish to return or exchange and follow the instructions.

    3. Print the return label, affix to package and hand over to your carrier.

    Our Return Policy

    • Wash it. Wear it. Don't like it? Return it within 40 days for a full refund back to your credit card, no questions asked.
    • If an item is received after 40 days and meets our return guidelines, you will be issued a store credit.
    • All product care labels must be intact and not cut off.
